The game will be reset on 8 June at 20h Server Time. Signups will open 9 June at 20h Server Time. Notice that you don't have to signup anymore, just login with your username and password and you can make a new kingdom.

The game will reset on the 16th of april at 20h server time.
Planned changes are:
1) Colonies will give a bit more income, since they are resource-losing right now.
2) Saboteurs will be implemented.
3) Attacking someone in aidmode will give you a penalty in warpoints and land- & resourcegain, this rule will not apply in war.
